Anders Behring Breivik Trial – Thursday April 19 (Day 04)

The court transcripts I’ve used previously were far from accurate and often summarized. I’ve switched to the word by word transcript and will try to retroactively update the other transcripts and related blog posts.

Anders Behring Breivik Court Transcript 2012-04-19 Live Report

09:00 Commander Breivik starts the trial today without giving the Knights Templar salute.

According to some news sources the families of executed traitors have complained about the salute. My best guess is that Commander Breivik is lenient and cooperative in order not to be declared insane. If this is the case he might give a final clenched fist salute right after the verdict, we’ll see what happens.

09:05 The prosecution questions Breivik about his activities as a Freemason, relatively uninteresting stuff.

Breivik mentions that the Freemason picture he included was part of a strategy to confuse the media and make it harder for them to demonize him. Breivik looks somewhat silly in the Mason uniform and as an Atheist I find it difficult to relate even though I consider myself a Cultural Christian.

09:15 Breivik’s financial situation and the sale of fake diplomas is discussed. Breivik explains that he declared bankruptcy instead of terminating the business to save about 100,000 Kroner.

09:30 Breivik talks about his one year vacation in 2006 playing World of Warcraft 16 hours a day. This opposed to working 12-14 hour days in the years before. He compares it to taking a year off to sail around the world.

It seems like the system wants to portray Commander Breivik as a gaming addict who lost touch with reality. I think the most neutral observation is that Breivik doesn’t do anything half-assed, which extends to playing World of Warcraft.

10:00 The naming of Breivik’s guns is discussed. He called his rifle Gungnir after Odin’s spear. He called his Glock Mjølner after Thor’s hammer.

10:30 The compendium is being discussed. Breivik repeats that he doesn’t want to give out any information that might lead to arrests.

11:00 It’s discussed that Breivik originally intended to spread the compendium using a multitude of blogs. He later abandoned this strategy. Breivik explains that the Marxist domination of the press necessitates the use of violence to spread an urgent anti-Marxist message. He confirms that he’s selling a message.

Breivik identifies three ideologies, National Conservatism which Breivik himself stands for, National Socialism, and Militant Christianity. One of the goals of the compendium is to have the various right wing factions fight under a single Crusader banner.

11:15 Breivik states the compendium is a work in progress which others can develop further if they wish. He later states he agrees with 90-95% of the content of the compendium, but not all of it. One difference Breivik describes is that he views himself as more capitalistic.

11:30 The psychiatric report is discussed. Breivik states that the report’s claim that he didn’t decide to become a martyr until 2009 is a fabrication.

13:00 The topic is changed to Utoya, and Breivik estimates that 50% of all militant nationalists support the executions he carried out based on reports he received by mail. The plan was to make a video recording of himself decapitating Gro Harlem Brundtland while reciting a prepared speech.

Goal number two was the execution of Eskil Pederson, who committed political suicide as he fled the island.

Goal number three was to get people to flee and use the water as a weapon of mass destruction. Several strategical errors were made however, no buildings were burned down which would have created a greater sense of panic, and Breivik avoided patrolling the coast line facing the mainland out of fear of snipers, allowing civilians in boats to rescue most swimmers. Only one person drowned, one fell down a cliff, and all other deaths were the direct result of bullet wounds.

13:30 Breivik states that his goal was to kill everyone, though in the police report he stated he decided to surrender after he was convinced he executed enough people to create sufficient publicity for his manifest. Commander Breivik’s message to militant nationalists is clear though, no mercy for traitors.

Breivik then explains he’d like to see militant nationalists adopt the practice of decapitation as a powerful psychological weapon. I’d like to add that in some circles it’s common practice to execute traitors by means of a shot through the neck, as decapitation is a rather messy and labor intensive effort unless you carry around a guillotine.

13:40 Breivik says he obtained information that 44 of the 69 traitors he executed on Utoya had a position of leadership, making them Category B traitors.

Based on my own research this is correct. It looks like Utoya was primarily attended by leaders and board members of the political committees of the labor youth. Some weeks ago I compiled a list to determine the traitor status that is available here:

Detailed Oslo bombing and Utøya massacre victim list

14:00 July 22 is being discussed in greater detail. Breivik states he couldn’t have carried out the executions without using Bushido meditation techniques to suppress fear. It seems important to Breivik to stress the importance of meditation and mental preparation. This line of questioning until proceedings are stopped

15:00 Breivik talks about the delays that caused him to set off the bomb after working hours.

15:15 Breivik explains that he has partial memory loss for the period following the lighting of the fuse, he explains this is a known condition when the mind perceives a strong existential threat and enters a different mode of operation.

15:30 Breivik explains that all journalists support multiculturalism, making them political activists and potential targets.

15:45 The court is adjourned.

Anders Behring Breivik Trial – Wednesday April 18 (Day 03)

I’m way behind in covering the trial, but here are some highlights and my thoughts.

09:00 Commander Breivik gives the Knights Templar clenched fist salute.

09:04 Prosecutors Inga Bejer Engh continues questioning Commander Breivik. She focusses primarily on his visit to London and Liberia, with the intend of making it seem like Breivik didn’t meet anyone on these trips.

Her intentions are clearly political, then again, so are Breivik’s. She does a particularly poor job as she has no evidence that Breivik did anything other than what he claimed he did, but the left leaning press will of course make it seem like she’s doing wonderful. Breivik gets aggravated eventually as this continues for hours.
Breivik points out that 2083 is the truth, though he added quite a bit of glitter. I personally don’t see the need for this, there is nothing more appealing than a self made hero, or four sweaty guys in a cellar conspiring to free Europe from its Cultural Marxist totalitarian rulers.

The full court transcript is available here:

11:30 Breivik explains that during the London meeting it was decided to reject National Socialism to appeal to a larger audience. Christianity was chosen as a cultural heritage and as such function as a unifying force. The Crusader identity was adopted to encourage self sacrifice. A leaderless single cell organization was chosen as it was deemed that large structured organizations were too vulnerable.

11:55 The court now has to break untill 13:00

13:01 Breivik has taken the witness stand and District Attorney Inga Bejer Engh picks up where she left off.

13:49 Breivik explains that a cell Commander is a foot soldier who is connected with two other resistance fighters. He makes sure to mix quite a bit of propaganda into his responses, probably aimed at those who haven’t read 2083.

14:17 Breivik states that all militant nationalists have much to learn from al-Qaeda. Although we want different things, they have had success with the methods. We will have a European version.

14:27 Breivik states that there are only two fair outcomes of this case, an acquittal or the death penalty. He does not want to be sentenced to death, but would respect that decision. He states that 21 years in prison is a pathetic punishment.

14:32 Breivik tells Engh that one of the 8000 who received an email with the compendium is part of the KT network. This seems in line with the strategy to create a witch hunt, and subsequently increase pressure on conservatives and nationalists, polarization, and as such hastening the onset of armed resistance.

14:42 Brievik said in the first police interviews that if Norway introduced the death penalty and torture he would reveal the two other cells. But he rejects this in court, saying that he would never have ratted on the cells.

15:18 Breivik: – We want a Christian heritage. I believe in God, but I’m not particularly religious. I believe in an afterlife. Beyond that, I have no comment.

15:30 Breivik explains the legal clause of the manifest which allows it to be redistributed and modified freely.

The pictures in the manifest were still banned from Wikipedia because leftist administrators claimed that the license was confusing (it was to some degree though the intention was clear), and that it couldn’t be confirmed that Breivik was the one who published 2083 and as such copyright status couldn’t be established, which is a ridiculous reversal of the burden of evidence, and proves that politically incorrect works have no legal rights because no politically correct judge or organization will uphold them.

To give the left a harder time you should as clearly and simply as possible state that you release your work into the public domain. Commander Breivik could have done this as following:

I, the copyright holder of this work, hereby dedicate the work to the public domain by waiving all of my rights to the work worldwide under copyright law, including all related and neighboring rights, to the extent allowed by law.

You can copy, modify, distribute and perform the work, even for commercial purposes, all without asking permission.

The original reason Youtube banned Commander Breivik’s Youtube video was because it contained copyrighted music. Subsequent re-releases without music were banned for inciting violence. In a similar fashion Germany claims to be the copyright holder of Mein Kampf and forbids it from being published. This of course only works in nations under Cultural Marxist rule that acknowledge this ridiculous and illegitimate copyright claim.

15:39 Breivik: – I have started a witch hunt for moderate cultural conservatives. It will contribute to increased polarization and radicalization. Better results than expected.

15:46 Breivik: – I have a duty to prevent my ethnic group from being destroyed. It is a human right.

There is an argument to be made that armed resistance is a human right when confronted with policies that will inevitably lead to genocide. An insightful article IS RESISTING GENOCIDE A HUMAN RIGHT? has been written about this subject, and while the Cultural Marxists will disagree, it seems clear that the genocide of the native European population is inevitable unless drastic action is taken.
Obviously the judges won’t consider Commander Breivik’s defense, and either ignore it or politely reject it.

15:54 Breivik: –  it is important to distinguish the two principles, such as 2 percent who are not ethnic Norwegian had been acceptable for me, but, but not if you use Norway as a dumping ground for the developing world as it happens today.

In other words, Breivik states that he wants 98% of Norway’s population to be Norwegian. The remaining 2% should be comprised of cute East European mail order brides or equivalent European stock.

15:55 Heather: – What makes a nationalist militant?

15:55 Breivik: – Militant means one is an activist, or that you sympathize with them.

This was a much needed clarification. The number of militant nationalists is around 4% and quickly rising, though the vast majority are sympathizers who don’t partake in armed or civilian action. This percentage seems low, but if this 4% is comprised of combat capable white males we’re halfway there.

15:57 Breivik: – Fjordman is a nationalist, and I am an ultra-nationalist. He supports democracy and opposes violence. I am a militant.

16:01 The court is adjourned and set again at 09 on Thursday. Commander Breivik will continue his testimony.

Kevin Forts endorses Commander Breivik

Eirik Mosveen who works for the Norwegian tabloid newspaper VG had to travel all the way to the United States to find someone who openly supports Commander Breivik. Why the United States? This because the United States is the only Western Nation left that has a semblance of freedom of speech.

While hate speech and glorification of terrorism isn’t illegal, this doesn’t mean the Marxist leaning authorities won’t try to arrest Kevin Forts for tax evasion, it worked for Al Capone after all. For a while the US government thought it could assassinate White Nationalists, take Ruby Ridge for example, until freedom fighter Timothy McVeigh made it clear that two can play that game. Needless to say that Cultural Marxism has gained a significant foothold and will likely destroy the US before the end of the century.

Kevin did very well in this interview, presenting clear and concise arguments. Of course inciting violence is illegal under US law, as such Kevin states that Utoya was only necessary once to get the message out, which is a very clever move. Kevin also confirms that all money gifts are confiscated and put into a fund that goes to the victims, the vast majority of which are traitors as it looks like the only innocent person killed was Kai Hauge.

According to some sources Kevin received a letter from Commander Breivik and quoted the following line from the letter:

I have received letters from supporters in 20 countries, but you appear to be someone who can write well. Yes, I am absolutely interested in discussing ideological issues with you and am thinking about how we can work together.

A second letter from Commander Breivik

Let me start by mentioning that all comments are screened. Besides filtering out crap it allows sending me private messages, just mention it’s private in the comment. This can be used to give me links or anything else you feel needs my attention.

I managed to get my hands on another letter from a dedicated groupie. While on the groupie subject, recently in the news was an attractive woman from Germany who was deported after claiming she was Commander Breivik’s pen pal. The Norwegian police was informed by the German authorities that she had been convicted of disturbing the peace, which somehow warrants deportation. Needless to say that an animal rights activist with a murder conviction would have been more than welcome to enter the court room and make use of the ‘mental health assistants’ during the gory stages of the trial.

From what I gathered the trial has turned into quite the emotional circle jerk with Commander Breivik being cautioned not to upset the fragile audience, likely under threat of being declared insane if he does.

I’ve added the first letter to the resource collection which I translated from Norwegian to English.

Anders Behring Breivik Letter 12-01-15

As well as the second letter which was already in English.

Anders Behring Breivik Letter 12-02-27

In this second letter Commander Breivik specifically asks for people interested in online activism to write him a letter.

I’m in the process of translating Norwegian court transcripts and putting them online, it’s a little bit of work but I’ll get around to it eventually.

Anders Behring Breivik Trial – Tuesday April 17 (Day 02)

09:07 The court is now addressing the allegations that one of the lay judges openly supported capital punishment on Facebook. Breivik ought to give the lay judge a thumbs up for being politically incorrect, then again, it was Breivik he wanted executed. Breivik reportedly has a large smirk on his face while the discussions are being held.

Anders Behring Breivik Court Transcript 2012-04-17 Live Report

10.05 Lay magistrate Thomas Indrebo has been dismissed from proceedings for writing on Facebook last year that Breivik deserved the death penalty, Anne Elisabeth Wisløff takes his place.

Judge Wenche Elizabeth Arntzen tells the court:

We understand that the events affected many people… and the statement came before he was a lay judge, but the statements may weaken trust in his impartiality.

As if it isn’t total and utter social suicide for a lay judge to find Commander Breivik not guilty.

10.13 The live-feed to the court has now been cut due to the decision not to televise Breivik’s Court Statement, so as to avoid giving him a platform. No worries, Angus has this covered.

Anders Behring Breivik Court Statement 2012-04-17 (Day 2)

11.24 Commander Breivik finished his speech. The court breaks for lunch.

In summary, Commander Breivik’s crystal clear testimony (the MSM will claim it rambled) called the Oslo bombing and Utoya massacre the most spectacular attack by a nationalist militant since World War II. Breivik lashed out at Norwegian and European governments for embracing immigration and multiculturalism. He compares the European situation to the Native American genocide, and compares himself to Native American war heroes like Crazy Horse and Sitting BullHe acted out of goodness, not evil, to prevent a bloody civil war. Commander Breivik vows, “I would have done it again.”

12.26 Breivik has just been brought back into court, followed soon after by the judges. The court has decided that his questioning, which is expected to take around four days, will not be televised.

13.30 The prosecution questions Breivik for a while about whether the Knights Templar exists, and whether he was acting alone. Breivik’s answer remains the same, that he met several militant nationalists in London in 2002 and is linked to two single cell units in Norway.

14.24 Inga Engh inquires about the greatest influence on Breivik’s ideology, the main source for his worldview. His answer:

Wikipedia.

14.40 When asked about his religion Breivik answers:

I have not been a religious person, but there is a proverb saying there are no atheists in the trenches.

15:30 The prosecution found some minor inaccuracies in 2083 and questions Breivik about it. It’s very minor stuff, like mentioning he was at position 23 instead of 37 on the Progress Party’s election list, both positions were filler slots unlikely to result in an actual election. The MSM tries  to make it seem like Breivik is getting mangled by the prosecution which obviously isn’t the case.

16.03 Court has adjourned for the day.

Anders Behring Breivik Trial – Monday April 16 (Day 01)

The Clenched Fist Knights Templar Salute ™
8:00 Dressed in a dark suit, Commander Breivik smiled as a guard removed his handcuffs in the crowded courtroom. The 33-year-old resistance fighter then made the clenched fist Knights Templar salute, before shaking hands with prosecutors and court officials.
8:10 Breivik’s first words in a calm and serious voice were:

I don’t recognize the Norwegian court because you get your mandate from the Norwegian political parties who support multiculturalism. And furthermore it is known that you are a personal friend of Hanne Harlem, the sister of [former prime minister] Gro Harlem Brundtland.

According to some sources he stated in addition:

We are not raising any formal objection, it’s just for your information. I am notifying you that I don’t recognize the court.

The female judge asks if he wants to plead guilty, completely or in part, to the charges. Breivik replies:

I acknowledge the acts, but I do not plead guilty, and I claim that I was acting in self defense.

8:12 The judge asks for Breivik to stand and give his name and date of birth, next asks if he is unemployed, to which Breivik responds:

That is incorrect, I am a writer and I work from prison.

8:15 The prosecution begins reading the Indictment against Anders Behring Breivik which contains a list of those who were killed and seriously injured. The indictment doesn’t contain the traitor status of the victims, this information is available in the Detailed Oslo bombing and Utøya massacre victim list.

While the suicidal humanists and cultural Marxists are horrified Commander Breivik remains outwardly impassive as the indictment is read. His official statement on the matter is that July 22 was the worst day in his life, that his mission was gruesome but necessary.

9:20 After about an hour the indictment has been read. Most of the victims were executed, by means of two shots through the head.

9:25 The court takes a break.9:50 The circus continues.

9.54 Judge Wenche Elizabeth Arntzen warns that some of the film footage to be shown on video is too shocking to be broadcast outside the courtoom in the most free nation of the world. Most likely they show the zoomed out footage of dead bodies that is all over the Internet.9.55 The next four hours the prosecution will make its case. They start out by stating they do not believe the Knights Templar organization exists.

10:06 Prosecutor Svein Holden highlights Breivik’s initial career in telephone marketing, the failures of the three companies he set up in the early 2000s, followed by his more successful venture selling fake diplomas, committing minor tax fraud, and laundering money. There’s also mention of Breivik’s involvement in the freemason movement.

10:10 Breivik’s one year vacation period as a full time WoW player is discussed. Breivik grins widely as they show a picture of his World of Warcraft character, Justicar Andersnordic.

10:15 A picture of Breivik’s bedroom is shown, which contains a bed, some art work, a computer, and a safe.

10:20 Breivik tries not to smile as a picture of him in uniform is shown.

10:40 Breivik’s fertilizer bomb is discussed, as fully detailed in 2083.

10:48
The cameras are switched off and the 12-minute-long video, 2083 – A European Declaration of Independence by Knights Templar: Andrew Berwick is shown. Eight minutes in Commander Breivik becomes emotional as the video reaches the battle of Vienna in 1683, a date of great relevance to him. It’s unclear why the Norwegian authorities are trying to censor the video, it’s all over the internet, but it probably violates some law forbidding hate speak.

Breivik later explains that he cried because his country is in the process of dying, in combination with the songs. The original video was deleted from Youtube because the music he used violated copyrights, other versions that were uploaded without music were deleted for encouraging violence.

11:00 One hour lunch break.

12:00 A presentation begins describing the Oslo bombing in detail. The faint of heart are given a few minutes to leave, most likely humanists. Back in the days crowds would gather to watch a convicted criminal’s head get chopped off with an ax, the difference with our pacified society is stark.

12:16 Videos of the explosion are shown.

12:20 The trip to Utoya and the executions of category B and C traitors are described in detail.

13.10 The court reads out Breivik’s second call to police:

My name is Anders Behring Breivik. I am a commander of the Norweigain resistance movement. Please could you give me the head of Delta…Yes, I am at Utoya, I am a person who wishes to surrender. Knights Templar is the name of the organisation but we are part of the anti-communist movement.

I have just carried out an operation on behalf of Knights Templar Europe and Norway

Breivik smiles when he first hears the call.13.59 The prosecutor has confirmed he will call Breivik’s mother Wenche Behring as a witness, a move many Norwegian commentators had not expected. Breivik told police in interviews that his greatest fear was that she would be called.

According to the psychiatric report Breivik provided for his mother when she became seriously ill, and skipped military service in order to take care of her.

14:00 It’s time for Breivik’s defence team to come in action.Lawyer Geir Lippestad says Breivik will invoke self defence and will expand on that in the coming days.

Lippestad says Breivik has a “basic right” and a “human right” to give a statement. It is also the “most important piece of evidence” that will be given to the court, which will help them decide whether he is sane.

He also says Breivik wants to use a written document to give evidence tomorrow, which will take 30 minutes to read aloud.

14.13 Lippestad will call witnesses to determine if Breivik is the sole holder of the view he presents in his statement, or if there are other subcultures who hold such views.

He wants the right to request extra time to demand a postponement and call further witnesses as a result of large amount of additional evidence received as late as Friday

In the closing statement, he says Breivik wishes to be sentenced as a “legally sane” person.

14.17 The court closes. The circus will continue tomorrow with Breivik’s statement, this according to judge Wenche Elisabeth Arntzen.

The Mainstream Internet

Censorship remains a huge issue. Many mainstream sites have speech codes that result in the censorship of content, including this blog site, with the terms of service stating:

Hate Speech: We want you to use Blogger to express your opinions, even very controversial ones. But, don’t cross the line by publishing hate speech. By this, we mean content that promotes hate or violence towards groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity. For example, don’t write a blog saying that members of Race X are criminals or advocating violence against followers of Religion Y.

At least they have the decency not to forbid hatred based on political conviction, so it’s alright to promote hate and violence toward nationalists, and demand that all Nazis be shot. If you read between the lines this quote basically states: You can say whatever you want, as long as it doesn’t go against cultural Marxism. As such anti-Marxist bloggers have to walk a fine line, and even then your blog will be deleted when the moderators have decided that enough is enough.
